1. Trading Rules and Guidelines

By using HydraEX, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these trading policies:

1.1 General Trading Rules

• All trades are executed based on real-time market prices
• Users must maintain sufficient balance for trades and associated fees
• Market manipulation (wash trading, spoofing, etc.) is strictly prohibited
• HydraEX reserves the right to cancel suspicious trades

1.2 Order Types

2. Fees and Charges

2.2 Other Fees

• Withdrawal fees: Variable based on blockchain network conditions
• Inactivity fee: $10/month after 12 months of inactivity
• OTC trades: Custom pricing available for large orders

3. Risk Disclosure

Trading digital assets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors:

• Prices are highly volatile and may fluctuate significantly
• Past performance is not indicative of future results
• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• Leveraged trading increases both potential gains and losses

4. Dispute Resolution

• Trade disputes must be submitted within 24 hours of execution
• Provide all relevant details including trade ID and screenshots
• Resolution time typically 3-5 business days
• Final decisions are at HydraEX's sole discretion

5. Platform Maintenance

• Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance
• Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice
• Trading may be suspended during critical updates
• Orders may be canceled during maintenance periods

6. Changes to Trade Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of HydraEX constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
